Linen in the freezer questions... Learned this one from my grandmother. Can work with any fabric, but works especially well with linen.  After washing, roll it up and put in a plastic bag and place in the freezer. This weekend was our first trip to Ocean City, but it won't be our last one! DH was the only man who stayed the entire weekend and he found plenty of things to do to keep entertained. It didn't hurt that it was a NFL playoff weekend.  Takes about 3.25 hours for us to get there. Today was about catching up with DD and cooking.  Not a stitch was taken.  Tomorrow more cooking. And eating. But I should be able to sit and stitch.  I did do one thing needlework related today.  I signed up for the Kimono class on the Shining Needle Society.  If you've never looked at these online classes, you should. Gutters are now clean of leaves, thanks to Felix. Wish I could this job for myself, but two and three stories up gives me the willies. LOL Yard is cleared of leaves and nearly everything outside is finished for the year. When choosing classes for Seminar you can get your knickers twisted. I knew I wanted to take one of Susan Goodman's classes. And I really loved her lighthouse. But my first choice of class with Marsha Papay-Gomola interfered with the lighthouse. I could have taken Marsha's tropical beaded box, but I knew I'd be way out of my league in that class. But first the weather report. Sunny and hot. With humidity in the 90% range.  Possibilities of afternoon showers. Well. Someone got rain, but it wasn't us! My first class was Sunday morning with Lynn Payette. This is Alexander Alligator. He eats, um, holds a pair of scissors. We spent the morning learning to iron. Yesterday I picked up my roommate, my friend Barbara, from the airport at Ft. Myers and we drove to the hotel in Naples. I'm home and boy do I have tons of stuff to do. But let's stop here for a moment and look at some more photos of NH!  We went and walked the Flume Gorge. Sunlight and shadows played havoc with my white balance. Was a very warm day in the Gorge and it's usually much cooler. Mmm. Had a lobster roll at the Beach Plum in North Hampton. Okay, I've already eaten about 6 ounces off the top of this.
