I've been very slow about fixing my blog back up after having to republish my template. Sorry about that. Should have more time later this week.
I didn't mention last week, that I went to Eleanor Roosevelt's house ValKill with a group of women. Eleanor obviously didn't believe in idle hands. I have seen pictures of her sitting beside Franklin knitting or sewing. In her living room at ValKill, which is presented as it was when she died in 1962, there is a sampler laid across a footstool as if she had just gotten up from working on it and intended to be back soon.
