16 Tons

Another day older and you're deeper in debt...

I've got tons of stuff to do. Been running like a hamster on a wheel trying to make everything happen. But somehow these little bumps keep appearing in my road. I'll get through it all. Eventually.

Today is Chapter meeting day and silly me, I volunteered to teach. This class was originally scheduled for March, but we pushed it back to June when I did not know when my gallbladder surgery would happen. Funny how that worked out.

I'm feeling ever so much better. In fact, I did not know how badly I was feeling until I felt great again a week after surgery. Again, funny how that worked out.

Next week I'll post about this class.

And I'll post about a new book I got. Hint, I've been feeding my sampler addiction.

And I'll show you the new canvases I purchased - they're for the baby, thus the cuteness factor which is not normal for me.

And then, I'll tell you about our retreat. This is the third year my Guild has gone on retreat. Last year we had so much fun, we asked if it could be longer. Thus this year we are retreating on Thursday instead of Friday (for those of us who can. Some will join us on Friday.) We're going somewhere new to us. I'm assured the views are great. The food will certainly be wonderful. And the company incomparable.

Now I need to go pack my projects, make dinner, finish the laundry, and go off to my meeting. I'll pack the clothes in the a.m. Those are not that important...
