Found a good place for my questions about doing this diet/lifestyle change. Day Two and I've got a headache again. Just kind of low level. Nothing I'd bother to take medication for. Maybe I'll go make an espresso. Some extra caffeine might help.
Off to continue folding laundry. Why can't I ever seem to catch up on this chore?
And do a little stitching before dinner.
Which will be flank steak, salad, and maybe some roasted garbanzo beans!
