Day two of not sleeping. Yesterday I got by with 4 hours of sleep. Today I woke up at 1:00 a.m. Went downstairs. Read. Turned on TV. Turned off TV. Read some more. I think I fell asleep again sometime around 4 or so. I can't really stitch when this happens. I make bad decisions when deprived of sleep.
I know there are things I should do today. But darned if I cant think of them!

1. Take a nap.
2. Drink some coffee.
3. Go to the movies to stay cool.
4. Go to bed early.
(I always played solitaire.)
Oh that so totally sucks! I suffer from insomnia from time to time...I think it's a hormone/woman thing. Hope you get lots of zzzzzz's tonight!
