I finished Cary Grant today. Sorry - no photo at night. You'll have to trust me on this one.
This means I've reached the halfway mark on this piece. Only took 14 months. And that's ridiculous. I'm hoping to finish the second half by September.
Unfortunately I'm about to be derailed by some obligation stitching. Here's hoping I can get back to this before the end of April.

Donna, needlepoint is not a race... it is not a competition. It actually doesn't matter how long it took you to complete Cary Grant. Life Happens! It's absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
@Robin. Thanks. I know it's not a race. I just think it's ridiculous that this piece that I am loving, is taking me so long. I have now set a goal - get it done by the fall and framed in time to enter in Woodlawn next year. So all competition is in my own mind. Especially as I look at the group I'm stitching this with - I think I'm on track to be the fourth finish unless someone else really steps up their game!
Great goals. Your stitching is beautiful. Looking forward to the next "star." Hugs, Robin
