Saturday at the Scottish Games

We went to the Scottish Games of Virginia on Saturday. Listened to some great music. Had some good food and good drink. This is a view of the games in the distance. The wind was making the caber toss extremely difficult.


One of my favorite parts - the pipe band competition.

We even saw DH's school's band competing. I don't know how they did, but they sounded great to us.

And without even planning - this is what was in my purse. So I put in a few stitches while listening to the Glengarry Bhoys - a Scots/French-Canadian band that I fell in love with.
